What is a Personal Trainer

A Personal Trainer is a Certified/Registered fitness professional who helps clients obtain and maintain physical fitness. Personal Trainers must obtain foundational knowledge specific to fitness professionals on human anatomy, exercise physiology, the fundamentals of applied kinesiology, nutrition basics and the physiology of training. 

What Type of Training is provided?

WilliamPT is able to accommodate all fitness levels with a variety of training programs and practices. Anywhere from beginner cardiovascular training to advance performance training, WilliamPT can deliver the best training program that fits the needs of the client. 

Specializations: Cardio Endurance, CrossFit, Strength Training, Fat Loss, Body Sculpting.

Do you provide Nutritional advice?

Limited information on nutritional advice is provided by WilliamPT. For specific information concerning how your body interacts with specific foods or macro nutrients, please consult a registered dietitian.

Do I need to use a Fitness APP? do not have to use or download a fitness app. All you will need is a Smart Phone and a Fitness Tracker.

Which type of Clients do you take?

A health & physical activity screening must be received before services are provided to any perspective client. If there are no issues found, the client can begin training.

What is the Best Way to Contact you?

Via WilliamPT's contact page or by applying for personal training. Further communication (voice or video call) will take place after the initial application is received.

How much does each session cost?

Personal Training is provided on a monthly basis ranging from $99 - $399. An example of how training is structured: 1 -2 instructional in-person class(es) per week and Online Training 2- 3 days per week. Class structure is subject to change based on client needs.
