I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Online Fitness Coach, and Military Veteran who started my company to help others find the fitness goal that so many are looking for. I have been physically training for 18 years and it has become my mission to help the world in some small way become more healthier. I provide personal training services for sedentary & advance fitness individuals via in-person training at my home gym and online personal training via this website. My goal is to provide online fitness coaching & support others in achieving individual fitness to bridge the gap between obtainable goals with available resources. This service is for YOU and your home fitness demands. I currently reside in New York City and accept both in-person clients and online clients (with hybrid personal training).
I grew up in the Bronx, NY where I lived for 18 years of my life. I joined the United States Air Force after high school in response to the events of 9/11 (which occurred my senior year of high school). My military service has taken me all over the world and I have been involved in some extremely important operations as a logistics professional, a helicopter aviator, and a human resource manager. My career can be viewed in more detail via my Linkedin. Physical fitness a huge component of military service and for good reason. Additionally, family and friend time is often cut short because of military obligations. I have been in the Air Force for over 16 years (as of 2018) and plan on retiring when the time is right. There is nothing that tests a man or women's physical readiness like combat. It is exhausting, scary, exhilarating, and humbling. I have committed my efforts to maintaining my physical fitness and to help others reach their fitness potential at their neighborhood gym, or from their living room.

When enrolled into my program, you will be assigned to a fitness cohort according to your goals:
1) Weight loss & Conditioning - This style will involve cardio and muscle conditioning in order to metabolize energy during high intensity training.
2) Strength Training through functional movement - This style involves moderate to heavy lifting movements designed to increase muscle strength and endurance with power lifting movements.
Additional Services: I also specialized in Military Preparation training for those seeking to enter military service who needs to condition themselves as a requirement for service.
The Fitness Space is changing
With more and more gyms shutting down or permanently moving locations due to a decline in customers and increased expenses, the fitness space is changing. Today, people (just like you) want to know that their place of fitness will not close down and simply look at them as just a number. Online fitness sounds futuristic, but it's not. In fact, more people are looking to enroll in an online fitness program that also provides that person to person connection at a fraction of the cost. The transition is seamless and benefits not only the customer, but the fitness industry as a whole. Technology has provided us the opportunity to provide training from all over the world with a simple app. Personal training online will never fully replace your personal trainer, but it will enhance their abilities to provide you with world class training 24/7.

Must be 18 years or older to participate in my online or face-to-face fitness coaching programs. This requirement can be waived for individuals seeking physical conditioning before Basic Military Training (with parent/guardian consent). Non-Waiverable for all others.
It is recommended that the client obtain a cell phone or tablet stand in order to perform workout under virtual supervision. If you don't have a stand, you can review options below.
I use IPhone Facetime, Google Duo, Google Hangouts, or WhatsApp (free download) in order to facilitate online fitness coaching. I conduct video conferences with my clients to ensure they are performing the workouts as prescribed by the program.
Course content and updates will be sent to the class via email. Access to email through a computer, tablet, or smart phone is necessary to ensure the best personal fitness coaching experience for my clients.
Clients must download (free) the InKin Social Fitness App to your Smart phone so I can monitor your physical activity through your fitness tracker.
Here's the truth, long lasting fitness habits will not be achieved on a monthly basis. My program is designed to keep you accountable and develop healthy habits through cognitive, affective, & psycho-motor domains of learning over a measurable time period. Training with me is unique and provides home personal trainer services from anywhere.
